All her own work

A couple of weeks ago, Kezia was playing shops and decided to write a price list: Gravy - 1, Bread - 10, Peaches - 11, Cubes - 12, Pudding - 11. Wonderful.

Woodley Jubilee celebrations

Woodley's Jubilee celebrations were somewhat muted by the drizzle, but Kezia loved the teacup ride, the farm animals in the precinct, the swingboats, and the fact that Auntie Matilda was here with us for the weekend.

Doodle

Random doodle from earlier this weekend. I seem to have inadvertently come up with the logo for any future France-United Kingdom football tournament. I hereby claim copyright and all future royalties!

England v Belgium

Matilda has been to visit for the weekend and we went to watch England play at Wembley. It was great.

Flashback to 12 years ago.....

Matilda asked me to bring a photo from our trip to Wembley back in 2000, and took this photo this time around. Ace!

Flags and scarves on the way down Wembley Way

Before the match, I managed to meet up with my old friend Johan (from DHL), who had come over from Belgium

Brilliant birthday weekend

Last weekend, we had a university reunion at a youth hostel in Lincolnshire - it was brilliant; there were 21 of us - 11 adults and 10 kids - and the fact that it was Daddy's birthday made it all the more fun.

Setting off!

Lovely photo at Peterborough cathedral

The reunion (and birthday) crowd: The grown-ups...

Paula & Andy (with baby James), Malcolm & Dawn, Fee & Brian, Us, Greg & Sara and Becca

...and the kids!

Thurlby youth hostel - our brilliant home from home for 2 nights

The hostel garden was great - loads of space to play

At Thurlby park

After breakfast on the Saturday, we took all the kids to the local park.

Splash!

The local open-air pool turned out not to be open, so we provided our own. The kids had a whale of a time.

Very scary Greg stuck in a tunnel!

That's better!

The kids were definitely ready for their tea!

Eh? This made us smile at King's Cross on the way home
