Flying visit to Germany

Tristan & Steve have just been on a quick trip to Germany for this year's football weekend. I realise this section should really be called "Lots of pictures of Tristan in the same coat", but still. Sorry! We saw a good game (Oberhausen v Babelsberg) and even though the crowd was small, the atmosphere was great.

The stadium before it, er, filled up!

Only 3,087 were at the game, but the atmosphere was terrific.

Free-kick for Babelsberg in the dire 1st half

Corner for Oberhausen in the excellent 2nd half

You can just about make out the giant rusty gasometer through the murk and drizzle - oh, the glamour!

Leaving the ground after the match

Oberhausen put in a battling performance for their 1-0 win. It was only their 5th league win all season - no wonder the crowd was so happy!

The rains sets in after the match

They have a 'Museum platform' with old preserved industrial trains there!

Just back from a trip to the North

We are just back from a whirlwind trip up to Yorkshire and Durham to see Gran, Grandpa, Grandma Sue & Auntie Hannah. It was ace - we all had a lovely time.

Lego is a winner!

Kezia really loves Lego at the moment. Gran & Opa had dug out an old bag full of LOADS of Lego for her to play with while we were there. The first thing she made was a pirate ship, which she filled chock-a-block with 23 pirates!

Kezia was delighted with her new Peppa Pig pyjamas

With the statue of 'Blind Jack' in a distinctly wet and windy Knaresborough market place

Composing her latest masterpiece!

All smiles in the M & S cafe, after a very wet & muddy trip to the park at Valley Gardens

We liked this rooftop statue in Harrogate

Kezia was very keen to have a photo in front of this billboard in M & S in Harrogate!

At Betty's

Before we headed up to Durham on Sunday, we went for elevenses at Betty's Tea Rooms at Harlow Carr Gardens - yummy!

With the GIANT Easter eggs at Harlow Carr Gardens

Kezia really wanted her photo taken with the giant eggs - she is pulling a face because it was sleeting at the time and she was getting wet!

Time to say goodbye to Gran at Knaresborough station

A trip 'Up North'

Last weekend we went up North to see Daddy's family - it was great. Lots more photos to come, but here are the first set!

All smiles with Auntie Hannah

Kezia had chickenpox at the end of February, but was soon all cheery and on the mend!
