Our big Easter Monday day out to Kew Gardens. It was brilliant.

First stop was the palm house.

Bananas Gorilla!

Some of the (millions of) specimens inside the palm house.

On the steps up to the walkway around the roof.

Quite like this shot of the rusty framework inside the palm house roof.

Team Browning outside the palm house.

This is Kew Palace, within the gardens. It was the family home of King George III and Queen Charlotte and their umpteen children. We had a good look around inside. It is really interesting.

Kezia enjoyed following a trail to collect 6 different "Shaun the Sheep" stamps throughout the day.

Some views of the gardens themselves. Kew is lovely.

Weird and wonderful cactuses.

By the end of the day, there was hardly a tree left unclimbed!

The last thing we went to was the treewalk. It is 18 metres up in the air and sways in the breeze. Eek!

It's high!!

It was a bit high for me (I was fine as long as I kept moving!)

The girls loved the treewalk. It was a great way to end the visit. Kew Gardens is brilliant!

We loved having (Auntie) Matilda to stay last weekend!

I took this one by mistake. It looks like I am under surveillance by a secret camera!
